Throughout my career I've worked across residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use developments, delivering projects from early feasibility and design through procurement, construction and completion. Having worked on both the client and contractor side, I've seen firsthand where projects create value—and where unnecessary costs and complexity can arise.

Rather than acting as another layer between the client and the project team, I work alongside clients, as a trusted advisor and Project Director, providing independent leadership, commercial oversight and strategic decision-making throughout the entire project lifecycle.
